We offer a quality garment care, laundry, ironing and dry-cleaning service embracing some of the most advanced cleaning techniques available. We are continuously reviewing our processes and looking in ways to improve not only the high quality of our services but also in methods to reduce our carbon emissions in an effort to become more environmentally friendly.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

door2doordrycleaning.co.uk want you to be entirely satisfied with the services  we provide and as such unconditionally guarantee the quality of our laundry, ironing and dry cleaning services. If you are not completely satisfied with the finished results of any cleaning stage, simply contact us within 24hrs from time of accepting your returned garments stating the reasons for your dis-satisfaction.  Any such claims regarding our satisfaction guarantee will only be dealt with by emails sent to guarantee@door2doordrycleaning.co.uk

In the event of a successful and genuine claim we will re-clean your items free of charge. For more information see our Re-cleaning Policy, or contact our Customer Service Dept.

Owing to the nature of dry cleaning and the vast variations of fabrics, conditions and soiled content on such garments we can not 100% guarantee the finished results of any dry cleaning however be assured Door2Door Dry cleaning Ltd are committed to providing an exceptional service and all garments go through our 6 stage pre and post inspection processes in an effort to ensure the highest of standards.  As a result our liability under any guarantee claim shall be accessed on an individual basis and be strictly limited to a free re-cleaning service for the garment.

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure our drivers are informed of any defects to a garment at time of collection, such as but not limited to rips, tears, missing or cracked buttons.  Any garments accepted by door2doordrycleaning.co.uk and put through our cleaning processes shall be entirely at the owners risk and no claim for dis-satisfaction or damage shall be considered, payment for the cleaning process will not be refunded.

Dry Cleaning is a combined process of wet & dry cleaning methods and as such any garment sent for cleaning may be prone to minimal shrinkage which normally does not exceed 5% of the original fabric however this may vary depending of the individual garment, door2door are therefore not able to accept any claims for garment shrinkage.

How We Process Your Order

Door2Door Dry Cleaning Ltd website and cleaning processes are have been established to streamline your laundry, ironing and dry-cleaning experience. Once your order is received, one of our collection vehicles will collect your cleaning from your place of business or home at a time convenient to yourself and deliver it to one of our cleaning facilities. Your clothing will go through a six stage process which ensures professional cleaning. First, items received are inspected for stains, material defect, and cleaning procedures as recommended by the manufacturer (certain items will be returned, see Dry-cleaning Authorisation Policy). Secondly, clothes are appropriately cleaned and pressed. Thirdly, clothes are inspected for missing or cracked buttons and if requested by the customer are replaced using our alterations & repair service.. Fourthly, your garments go through a final inspection point completed by two members of staff. Finally, they are sorted and packaged then loaded onto one of our own vehicles ready for delivery.

Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and security, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented. Dry-cleaning Authorisation Policy

Occasionally, however, door2doordrycleaning.co.uk may recognise a potential problem and ask you to sign a permission form (available in the download section) before processing the item. This procedure is to notify you that there is a potential problem and certain risk in proceeding. It may be a question about colour fastness, the resistance of one component to the cleaning process, or a question of the age of, or weakness of, the fabric.
The main purpose of the permission form is to alert you to a possible problem. If you agree, the item will be processed with extreme care and returned to you promptly. If damage does develop however, door2doordrycleaning.co.uk will not be held responsible since it has warned you of the risk and obtained your consent to proceed.

If door2doordrycleaning.co.uk determines the need for a permission form, a Customer Care Representative will attempt to contact customers for verification and authorisation. If authorisation for cleaning can not be obtained in a timely manner, then door2doordrycleaning.co.uk will deliver the item in question back to the customer. You may choose to re-submit the item with a permission form expressing your acknowledgment that door2doordrycleaning.co.uk will clean them at the customer's own risk.

Delivery Policy

door2doordrycleaning.co.uk strive to make our collection/delivery service timely and convenient. The following outlines key elements of our delivery policy to help you understand our business practices.

Delivery Hours - door2doordrycleaning.co.uk delivery hours are between 7am - 11pm operating 7 days a week.  We offer a FREE collection and delivery service for all orders irrespective of order value, some geographical restrictions may apply where by a nominal charge may be applicable, if any such restrictions occur the relevant collection/delivery charges shall be notified to the customer prior to any garment being accepted.

Acceptance of Delivery (Corporate)-All collections and deliveries are made only to the named customer and will not be left with an-other person or at a specific location ie reception.  This is designed for your ours and your own security along with the safety of your garments in mind.  Should a customer wish to nominate another person/location to accept their returned garments then door2doordrycleaning.co.uk may consider this request but only if made in writing to us.  Any agreement shall result in the customer relinquishing as such claims for loss or damage to their garments once signed for.

Late Delivery- If unusual circumstances make it impossible to deliver your order during the scheduled day or timeslot, a revised booking slot shall be made by us at a time convenient for yourselves, any claims for delayed deliveries will not be considered under any circumstances.

Right to Refuse Service- door2doordrycleaning.co.uk reserves the right to refuse service to any customer at any point in time without reason or cause.

Specialist Cleaning Services Policy

door2doordrycleaning.co.uk considers standards and policies set forth by the TSA (Textile Services Association) and where possible will work with or towards achieving any such policies.

We exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or the development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing.

All specialist services, those with the exception to Laundry, Ironing & Household Dry Cleaning are cleaned 100% at customer’s own risk, and door2doordrycleaning.co.uk does not accept any responsibility or liability for any damage, fading or colour bleeding as a result of the dry-cleaning process.

Household Items Policy (Laundry & Ironing)

door2doordrycleaning.co.uk considers standards and policies set forth by the TSA (Textile Services Association) and where possible will work with or towards achieving any such policies.

We exercise the utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. In dry-cleaning and laundering we can not guarantee against colour loss, colour bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. door2doordrycleaning.co.uk liability with respect to any damaged items shall not exceed ten (10) percent of the original purchase price or to a maximum of £15 for an individual garment, whichever is lower.  Claims for recompense will only be valid on production of the original purchase receipt for the asaid mentioned garment.  Proof of purchase is deemed as being the original till receipt and not a bank or card issued statement. Any variation to the above may affect any claim and the extent of any monetary recompose shall be at the entire discretion of door2doordrycleaning.co.uk

Claims under this policy must be made strictly within 24 hours of receipt of your returned garments.

 

Garment Damage Policy

door2doordrycleaning.co.uk considers standards and policies set forth by the TSA (Textile Services Association) and where possible will work with or towards achieving any such policies.

We exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. In dry-cleaning and laundering we can not guarantee against colour loss, colour bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. door2doordrycleaning.co.uk liability with respect to any damaged items shall not exceed ten (10) percent of the original purchase price or to a maximum of £15 for an individual garment, whichever is lower.  Claims for recompense will only be valid if an original purchase receipt for the a said mentioned garment is provided to door2doordrycleaning.co.uk otherwise the extent of any monetary recompose shall be at the entire discretion of door2doordrycleaning.co.uk

Claims under this policy must be made strictly within 24 hours of receipt of your returned garments.

Re-Cleaning Policy

You may return any garments if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our cleaning, and we will re-clean them free of charge, this offer is in relation to our satisfaction guarantee policy mentioned within this document and the corresponding restrictions or conditions being applied.

To request re-cleaning, please contact us in writing at customercare@door2doordrycleaning.co.uk and state the reasons for the request.  One of our customer care advisors will contact you to make the necessary arrangements ensuring you of our very best intentions at all times.

Claims under this policy must be made strictly within 24 hours of receipt of your returned garments.

 

Special Offers

We reserve the right to withdraw any special or promotional offer advertised by the organisation without prior notice or substitute.  Special offers featured on the company website or advertising media can not be used in conjunction with any other special or promotional offer.

4th FREE Wash 'n' Go Laundry Service is providing on a standard service with the following exclusions; 1; Bedding 2; Bed Linen. 3; Machine washable bed duvet 4; Machine washable bed covers.  This offer is subject to our standard terms & conditions with the above items being excluded from the offer which will be charged at the prevailing rate, in addition the 4th service shall be based upon an average of the previous 3 order weights.
Example wk 1 = 4kg, wk 2 = 6kg, wk3 = 10kg, wk4 = 20kg  4th FREE wash will be calculated on an average weight only 6.66kg with the remaining 13.34kg of the 4th wash shall be charged at the prevailing rate.
This offer is valid on the Standard, Gold & Platinum Wash 'n' Go services but restricted to the value of the laundry aspect only and not including the value of ironing cost relating to the Gold Service.

All promotional codes or offers must be used within 60 days of being advertised or offered and may be withdrawn without notice, alternative or substitution.

 

 

 

Loss Policy

door2doordrycleaning.co.uk considers standards and policies set forth by the TSA (Textile Services Association) and where possible will work with or towards achieving any such policies.

door2doordrycleaning.co.uk exercises the highest care and diligence in processing all clothing items received which may include but not restricted to the photography or video recording of such items during the inspection and cleaning process in an effort to avoid misplacement or loss of items. However, there may be instances where items are misplaced or lost, as such differences in the count of your items must be reported in writing using our 'contact us' section within 24 hours of delivery. door2doordrycleaning.co.uk liability with respect to any lost items shall not exceed ten (10) percent of the original purchase price or to a maximum of £15 for an individual garment, whichever is lower.  Claims for recompense will only be valid if an original purchase receipt for the a said mentioned garment is provided to door2doordrycleaning.co.uk otherwise the extent of any monetary recompose shall be at the entire discretion of door2doordrycleaning.co.uk

Claims for loss must be made strictly within 24 hours of receipt of having received your returned garments and must be made in writing to customercare@door2doordrycleaning.co.uk
